Luxury all inclusive with pre-schoolers?

No long haul so essentially looking at Europe, luxury all inclusive suitable for parents that like good food (and wine) and a 4yo and a 1yo.

We're looking at an extended family holiday (a holiday with extended family, not for a long period of time!) and I don't fancy being in a villa with the in laws so I thought a nice resort would give us all space.

No desire to leave a nice resort for sightseeing, pool/beach pre-schooler play areas onsite, budget not important as we'd rather go to somewhere perfect than somewhere cost effective.

Club Med Napitia in Italy have a creche with good facilities and great staff, and I felt very happy about leaving my LOs there. The kids activities for older children include sports and crafts. Two of the restaurants have a corner for preparing baby meals and there's the option of the children eating at the kids club. There's a babysitting service and a pyjama club as well. Inside there's a baby gym and outside there's a good playground. Cots, changing mats, high chairs and/or booster seats are available.
