...espec if it's something a bit unusual over there, like a Quinny. Lots of the exhibits at Sea World were stroller-free zones and the spaces to leave your stroller aren't secure. I would suggest either take a bicycle lock or leave yours at home and hire one at the park (although they might only be good for older children). I might sound a bit OTT but my Quinny Buzz drew almost as many admiring comments as my baby!

good tip! We mostly hired double strollers as although DD2 is 4, she found all the walking tiring and was glad of a rest sometimes. However, some days we took our own buggy for DS, and it's an old and battered Mothercare Jive. No-one wanted it, but I did meet another British lady with the same buggy

When we were in Florida we bought a cheap fold up buggy for about $20, it was a lot cheaper than hiring them in the parks everyday.

I think ours is just going to have to risk it - it is 4 yrs old and definitely not anything as trendy as a Quinny..

must must must find sun shade for it. Why does every thread I look at on MN tonight add something else to my RL list [grr]
