Disneyland Paris - worth the extra for full board

We're looking at a few days in Disneyland Paris this summer, and it's offering us full board for an extra £100ish per day for four of us. I need to work out if this is a good offer

It's not very descriptive - can we eat in the park as part of the deal, or would you have to go back to the hotel for lunch? Do you have to book restaurants in advance?

Not IMO. Full board would be way too much food and time away from doing actual stuff.
