I've posted a couple of threads about our upcoming trip and flights and so on. We're flying into to London from Spain (where we live) in November for a long weekend. Me and Dh and 7 yo and 10 yo. We're flying into Gatwick, landing at about 4 pm and staying 2 nights in London to sightsee. We're going to book a Premier Inn (or something v similar, family room good breakfast deal-type thing). I was thinking the Premier Inn in Victoria as we can come in on the Gatwick express or one of the natioanl Express coaches from gatwick to Victoria. Does this sound sensible/a good plan? Then we're central for sightseeing.
After 2 nights we're going down to see friends in Datchet/Windsor so we'll get the tube to Waterloo and the train down from there.
