Ok I know this has been asked a million times and I’ve read NHS website about bottled water for babies abroad but... we are off to Spain and I wanted to check...

If I buy a water that’s safe for my baby to drink like Evian or Font Vella etc can I pour the water straight into a sippy cup to be drunk or do I need to boil it first?!

Sorry for the daft question!!! I don’t need info on formula etc because I bf around 3 times a day but apart from that he loves water too! Grateful of advice pls x

No you don't need to boil it if giving it as a drink

You can pour it straight in. Check the sodium levels on the label and go for the one with the least amount, but at 10 months, it will be fine x

Evian sodium levels are fine (or used to be) and incident Brecon Carrie (sold in Boots) also.

Ah thanks!! Well we took my DD when she was about same age to Spain and she was ill all week it was so odd so now I’m super twitchy whether that could have been because of the water!

Which water do you prefer? Thanks again x
