We're looking to book our first holiday with our daughter in September, when she'll be 16 months. Ideally we'd like a villa with a private pool, although this is coming out quite expensive for just the three of us so we'd also consider an apartment with a shared pool as long as it wasn't shared with too many apartments. Happy to drive around an hour from an airport but then would like to be within walking distance of a sandy beach and restaurants. Budget preferably around £1000 for accommodation and flights but we can spend more if that's not achievable. Places we'd been looking at include the Algarve, Ibiza and Sicily but we're open to anywhere really (except Greece).
Does anyone have any suggestions of general locations to look at, or specific accommodation you'd recommend? Thanks!
