Upmarket with toddlers in Balearics

Can anyone recommend a good hotel/resort to cater for 5,3 and 1 year old with easy access to beach? I'm thinking good food and not crowded, no loud clubs etc.

Also would end of May be ok weather wise? Or would mid summer be safer?

This is for next year so hopefully plenty of time to book

If you are going to Ibiza then Santa Eulalia is good for families & a lot of hotels are on the beach.
I think may would be fine weather wise, mid-summer gets very hot so might not be good with small children.
