Tween-friendly self-catering gites/villas - more than a pool?

Anyone recommend European self-catering places that offer things for kids to do to lure them off their screens, beyond a pool? So things like a games room, table tennis table, bikes to borrow, trampolines, zip wires. Other things I haven't imagined? They are too old to be amused by swings and slides or sandpits. We don't want a huge complex though, more a handful of villas/gites sharing facilities. And to be absolutely ideal, with lovely views and walking distance to a town. We've been here www.leshiboux.com/ several times, which fits the bill but want somewhere different and maybe not France.

A cluster of rural gites near Crezieres. There are many activities on site for both children and adults. A games room is available just off the courtyard, with table tennis, table football, a pool table and outdoor sports equipment. Bicycles for all ages are available. There are two fields, the first of which has a children’s area with swings, a slide, children’s cabin, football goal posts and a large sunken trampoline. The properties share a 5mX10m swimming pool.

A group of 4 gites in the Vendee. Outdoor pool with terrace, heated indoor pool, football pitch, full sized snooker table, pool tables, table tennis, gym, table football and trampoline.

Thanks Ricekrispie. The first is the same one I linked to above that we've been to several times! It is great but we want a change.

I hadn't found the second before, thanks. A bit pricey but possible.
