Extended family villa holiday - recommendations please!

We are planning to go on holiday for a week in May 2019 with 3 generations of the family and are looking for recommendations. The idea is to go somewhere none of us have been before, this is not a deal breaker, but more unusual suggestions would be extra welcome! We would need 5 double/twin bedrooms and would like a pool and sunshine. Just wondering if any one can recommend somewhere please. Thanks.

Crete was lovely and there are quite a few larger villas there. I guess it depends on what you count as unusual and where you have all been before!! Islamorada Florida, Oregon, Golden in Canada staying in a log cabin with a hot tub, Belize, lake garda......

Love those far flung suggestions but sadly think budget won’t stretch that far. I found this lovely place in Puglia but would have to go from Gatwick I think which wouldn’t be ideal for some family members:

We went to Crete as a family two years ago so would rather try somewhere else. Thinking Corfu maybe - think the Durrells is back in tomorrow which always makes me want to go!
