Please help me decide where to take our honeymoon - need romantic yet child-friendly!

I'm getting married in September and haven't yet decided on a honeymoon - we will be taking 18 month old DS (well, he will be 18 months old when we travel iyswim) so I'm looking for somewhere romantic yet child-friendly! Any suggestions?

Logistically a villa would probably be easiest, as we would like DS to have his own bedroom for obvious honeymoon-related reasons, but I don't want to spend my honeymoon clearing up and cooking. Are there any hotels that can accommodate a baby in his own room, or any villas companies that do a full maid's service?

V grateful for your wisdom, o mumsnetters.

We went on honeymoon last week to Ickworth hall in Suffolk. It was perfect for us as we had an interconnecting roon for the 9 and 5 year old (they even had their own bathroon) and or youngest (3 months) slept in with us. Midweek in termtime was fab as the pool was empty, the bikes to cycle round the estate were always available and dinner was gorgeous, lazy 10am breakfasts, drinks on the terrace, ready made picnics picked up from reception, every whim catered for, and the spa, well that was bloody lovely. Kids went to the play area and the childcare room (free nannies) for a bit in the morning (not baby, we took turns with him) and then I had a roman road body scrub with massage one day, reflexology the next, facial the next and so on... sigh, do I sound like I miss it? They have sister hotels round the country, and, I believe, one in Italy or France? Luxury Family Hotels is the name I think, and someone mentioned centerparcs, the midweek break wasn't much more expensive than that, although more for interconnecting room. Look it up!!
