Help me choose a hotel for October break.. 3DS teens....

Looking for hotel that would suit. 3 teenafe DS 15, 14,12. Not been on hotel for a while so looking to enjoy a week of sun, pool, beach and a wander at night. Narrowed down to Playa Blanca... princess yaiza but may be geared for younger kids... or Lanzarote Park? Costa Adeje iberostar anthelia or gran costa. Looking for beachfront. Help! Any advice gratefully received...

we stayed at the Dream Gran Castillo in Playa Blanca. I like Corralejo - it's more laid back than Playa Blanca and lots of surfing /windsurfing /Stand Up Paddle Boarding etc
