Nice and Palma Accommodation Recommendations Wanted

I'm looking for accommodation recommendations please, 1 night in Nice preferably close to main train station as I've to catch a train the following morning. I would also like recommendations for 2 nights in Palma please.

We stayed at the Hotel Bellver in Palma, its along the sea front opposite the marina. Was a really nice hotel, hand for walking into the city and near to the hop on/off tour bus stop.

I think we once stayed at the Nice Excelsior, which was close to the station

The Best Western New York in Nice is very close to the station. We stayed there a few years ago, if you are just looking for a standard hotel, clean, close to station etc., it is fine. Not a very exciting hotel but may fit the bill for you. I haven't stayed there for years but walk past it often and it looks good from the outside.
