Holiday park in Brittany May half term

We usually take our own tent for European Eurocamp type breaks but Brittany Ferries May half term deals are cheaper than a return crossing and pitch for a week in August. Has anyone gone to a holiday park in May/June half term? Will pools be open and warm enough to swim? We can still entertain ourselves if the weather is bad but I'm wondering whether it's worth booking a site with a fancy outdoor pool.

We've been the last 3/4 years in May. We tend to look at how big their inside/covered pools are and pick a campsite on that. However I can only remember 1 day being rainy and everyone inside. Weather has been pretty good, odd days of jumper wearing alongside days of swimming in the sea. Tbh once you're in a pool you don't notice the weather so go for the fancy pool. It's colder for those supervising on a sun lounger!

Thanks for the reply. We're not spending much on holidays this year so we are doing a Monday crossing and having 5 nights away. All booked at a campsite near Pont Aven with a nice looking pool with slides. There are no holiday clubs or entertainment until July but the kids will take their bikes and make some friends on site hopefully. Fingers crossed for a bit of sunshine. Our last Brittany holiday was in August 4 years ago and the weather was awful.
