Neilson holiday with 1 year old

My husband and I are Neilson veterans but will be going with our baby this year.
Anybody got any advice.
I know the childcare is fab etc but I'm wondering how we'll do the evenings.

The evening meals are at 7pm which is bedtime. Is it practical to expect baby to sleep in the pram while we have dinner and then take him back to the room?
Also do most people just sit in the room or on the balcony for the night then as we can't leave the baby.
We will be going to Lesvos if that helps. We've been before but never had to consider it from a parent aspect before.

Any suggestions welcome.
Thankyou.

I'd push bed time to 8oclock for your holiday. Easier said than done, I know!!! Will be changing out toddlers bedtime to 8.30 from 7 when we go on hols this summer. Going to be a nightmare when we come home.

Keep the baby routine on UK time.
That way you may get a lie-in and be able to keep them up later.
