Just curious really. Everywhere I find, DH says is too expensive. We're looking for a villa with a pool (can be shared pool) on a Greek island (have been looking at Kefalonia).
If you have any suggestions, even better.

Hi our budget for this year was £3.5k which is for 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Last year we spent £2.6k in an all inclusive for a week. We're actually flying long haul this year (not originally planned) and have got flights and 2 weeks in a villa in SE Asia for £3.5k so also need spending money.

Thanks Heatherbell. That seems like a good deal! I forgot to say we’re a family of four (two children under 10).

If you are looking for a villa with pool do you have DC, how many and are they School age? You should be able to get flights and an apartment with shared pool for just over £2,000 in school hols but obviously you could pay 💰 more.
I do think holiday prices have gone up significantly this year from last year.

You will get massively varying responses. We are not in a villa but two adults two children in a lovely hotel in Puerto Pollensa (we know the area) half board £3,500 including flights transfers etc. Looking now the same holiday is around 6k so we got a bargain

Ooh Tour what hotel is that please I’m looking for somewhere nice in the area

My travel agent friend says Europe is crazy expensive this year. We've paid £3k for flights to Barcelona, four nights there, a week on the beach and a hire car.

She said she's booked a family a week in Bali for around that price! But I don't think we could handle the flights right now!

The Daina. It’s very central. We have an apartment. The nicest hotel is probably the Illa D’Or but it’s £££ and not as central. Lovely walk down though. Lots of nice hotels slightly further out but still an easy walk such as Villa Concha and Hobby Club Without dc La Goleta looks nice.
