Anybody own a time share in a static caravan?

Would you recommend it? And how did you go about organising it?

Make sure you pick a site that is in the BHHPA, you will then be covered by their code of practice, ie no huge rate increases etc.
If a park needs to sell time shares to fill its sites I wonder how 'popular' it is...
Check out length of lease, what happens to the van when the lease expires (ie how much is it worth), unexpected costs, max rate increase.
Talk to other owners on the park.
Visit park on a Bank holiday to see in worst case...
