Can you put 3 seperate car seats in the back of a scenic?
Is it safe even though they are cramed in?

I have a scenic with three kids in the car seats across the back, not booster seats, full car seats.

Its tight but I can get in to adjust the seatbelts and I actually think my scenic is great, would just like it longer ie grand version for all the junk I carry including pushchair in the boot.

i would have thought so.... given that i can get 3 in back of my renault clio!

How do you do that NannyL? We have a Megane and can't fit 1 big seat and 2 boosters across the back of that (just as well DD1 is just tall enough to do without). So we're getting a Grand Scenic so that everyone is comfortable and safe.

i get a britax highliner (group2) a britax renaissance (group 1) and a britax horizon booster group 3! its tricky to strap them in though but i manage!

I have occasionally had similar to Nanny L across back of ours . As long as you don't have buckle crunch (ie the fastener isn't resting against the actual frame of the car seat ) it seems ok. The seat belt buckles are sunk down which makes this less likely to be a problem but also more of a pita to locate the right one ! Middle seat is slightly narrower than outside ones.
