I always use the Mid Term parking at Luton which is not cheap but a very short bus ride to the terminal. If you pre-book it you get a good discount.

how long do you need it - the short term parking is the most expensive but is right by the terminal

Try this comparison site katymac - there are various alternatives (easiest is meet and greet where they take the car away from the terminal and bring it back for you but that is v expensive at Luton)
