Off the beaten track hol with older teens

Hi wondered if anyone has any holiday suggestions for me please. I have three older teens and looking for a hol that will please them all. I don't want to do a package hol. Don't want bars and pubs.
Would like some gorgeous scenery and hills to walk. Somewhere to explore. Bit of activity, and a beach in walking distance would be good.
We usually do Cornwall and love the beaches and surfing and easy feel.
Looking at a villa near Grenada, up in a national park, lots of water activities there. But very / too remote? It's a nice location but no beach near. And you need to drive to find a village. Does look lovely though!!
Then I looked by Lisbon as Cornwall type beaches with surf, but I can't really find any accommodation I like. Still looking...

So I'm struggling a bit. I loved amalfi coast but think teens would find it too boring.
So looking for a B&b or villa I think, but not too expensive. Was looking at cheaper places to fly into and hire a car to drive to somewhere within a couple of hours.

Would love to hear any suggestions please.

Hopefully this will appeal. It's not near a beach but on the banks of a big river, www.cosycamp.com/en/

We had a cracking holiday in Sweden. Flew to Denmark rented a car and had a cottage for two weeks with a Pool and loads of out doors stuff to do. Went the last two weeks in August as was ace.
