No, bloody awful, but if it's cheap it's only 5 hours of your life, isn't it?

well, ok, 7 hours of your life. But unless you can travel Business class, air travel is horrible whichever airline you use. i used to fly back and forth to canada quite a bit and endured transat a few times - scruffy etc, but cheap.

why awful,I can stand a crap service on the plane it's long delays I don't want.

I don't remember them being any worse for delays than other airlines. In fact, I never had delay probelms flying to Canada - maybe I was just lucky? I thought delays were often down to the airport as much as the carrier?
Haven't tried Zoom for Canada - I don't know what they're like - the prices in the ads are v cheap.
