I'm travelling with them from Bangkok to Tokyo in March. Just checked my flight booking and there is a problem. Tried to call the Bangkok office it has disconnected it's English line at the start of the month and I cannot connect to the Thai or Japanese lines.
Decided to call the London office they told me JL have issued me with a new booking reference but didn't bother to inform me. They switched to a new system this month.
I can't cancel a booking or make amendments online I have to call to make changes which isn't very practical.
The London office has told me my booking is fine so I shouldn't be worried? I usually travel Air Asia but travelling into Haneda is so much easier.
