Hoping to do a canary island trip as heard it's great for winter sun. Are there any amazing hotels out there? And I'm a part time teacher so torn between booking solo and being able to go Tuesday to Tuesday over half term (which might make it slightly cheaper?) or resigning myself to having to pay full school holiday prices and go Saturday to Saturday... has anyone booked individually? Is it a more expensive way of doing it? Also thinking might make sense as would feel like we ought to have private transfers so we can take a car seat for DD... would welcome any tips!
