Where will be warm but not too hot for a holiday with a baby in June?

I'm looking for somewhere to go on holiday in June but I'm fair skinned and so is my 5 month old baby. We don't want somewhere where we'll burn in the sun every day. Any advice or experiences?

just ideas (never been myself,but here goes) northern france, northern Italt? would be warm, not sure whether it'll be too warm?
