Child friendly travel company?

Hi.
We have DD (3yo) and DS (6mo). We haven't been on holiday since DD was born but have decided to try and rent a villa/ cottage in France somewhere next summer.
I have no experience of traveling with children! Need advice- does anyone know of any child friendly companies to start looking at? Anywhere that provides some/ all of the stuff that young kids need?

Both specialise in this sort of thing but ime every travel company (unless adults only) provides cots and high chairs if requested. What else do you think you will need?

Some accommodation on OwnersDirect and the like specify not suitable for young children so check the listing carefully.
