Quiet holiday spot - can you please recommend?

I am looking for a quiet family spot, for next summer. Family 2+2.
Requirements - safe place for kids, enclosed garden, pool on the site. I would be happy with B&B option. About 20 min drive to a beach. We generally avoid crowded cities, love nature. Need some nearby local restaurant :)
Countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy - anywhere where sun is guaranteed:)
