To book long haul flights (USA) ?

Never heard of them before and can't find much in the way of recent reviews of them....

Be grateful for any experiences had of using them

Surely booking with an airline directly will be cheaper?

I would also seriously consider booking the flights directly with the airline rather than use a third party.
