Tell me where to go on holiday please

We're going to try to get a last minute holiday booked as DH has some unexpected leave.
We are looking for a hotel in a resort where we can walk to the beach and to restaurants. Kids are 2 & 4. Has anyone been anywhere lovely? We haven't been on holiday for........ 6 years. Thank you mumsnet

Kassiopi in Corfu. We are going for our third time this year, and it'll be the first with a child. After seeing how they are with children we have every confidence. Enjoy

Menorca is great for little kids because the sea is really shallow for a long way iut

Isle of Wight is pretty, if it's just beaches you're after.

I agree with Menorca. Son Bou or Santo Tomas beaches are perfect for small children.
