Looking for a small spanish translation please?

This is a reply we recieved from our hotel in Majorca, we had made a booking but the 15% offer on the website did not work and we didn't notice until payment had been made. We emailed them to ask if it could be applied when we arrive but don't know what they have said! Can anyone tell me please, or do we need to cancel the booking and start afresh with a new one?

Can you check the spelling of "seloaremos"?

The rest of it says:

Hello, Good Evening,

If on your invoice the 15% is not applied *** at the hotel

I assume that the seloaremos is seloharemos which mans that they will do it at the hotl if it has not been applied.

means, hotel. Can you tell that my 'e' is dodgy?

I copied and pasted so spelling is exact. Do you mean the SELOAREMOS word itself means they'll do it when we get there? Thanks so much.
