hi. i wanted to find somewhere to live cheaply and get lots of privacy and peace, maybe in the countryside - in uk or not too far away (france maybe). so I could write and things. maybe for a few months. I thought about housesitting. I don't mind about paying a bit of rent or doing a bit of work, gardening a few hours a day to pay my keep. i'm not sure if anybody had any suggestions. I've found some housesitting websites. there used to forums on gumtree but don't seem to be anymore.
