Games to take on holiday

We are going on a beach holiday and whilst the dc (10 and 13) love playing UNO, the cards always seem to fly all over the place.
Looking for some good games to get which are great for holidays i.e. Not lots of fiddly pieces, not too time consuming or complicated, and generally great fun.

I was going to suggest dobble but I imagine that might be the same for cards flying everywhere

Phase 10. its a card game but its good fun. just an ordinary pack of cards is quite useful. we also play mah jong but again its cards. Carcassonne is fun too.

I must admit we always take phase 10 and a couple of others and don't have a problem with losing the cards.

Phase 10 looks good - I'll order that. How about something non-cardy like Pass the Pig?

Yahzee? Most dice games have a travel version.

It's a card one but sushi go is good!

Any other suggestions?
