Can I take niquitin mini on the plane.

I have tried googling but nothing is coming up. It's a long haul flight and don't think I will manage if I am still using the mint.

Is it a liquid, gel or paste? If so it is subject to the size restrictions.

I brought some with me flying long haul and it was fine. Although I had some fun at Australian customs declaring them under 2 or 3 different categories as I wasn't sure if it was food/medicine/a smoking product. that was fun to explain as no one at customs was sure what category I should've declared (but said I did the right thing declaring under anything that covers it somewhat)
