I signed up for membership a few months ago and have been getting emails, but was I supposed to receive a card in the mail or anything? Should my membership number be in one of the emails? How do I use the membership ?

When I book a hotel, do I just need to give them my membership number?

If you sign into your account you should be able to see your membership number, and I've downloaded the app and can see my "card" on that. I wasn't ever sent an actual card.

If you sign in, or put in your membership number when you book hotels through them they'll add the points once you've actually stayed.
