We're staying at St Avit de Loisir in the dordorgne, going for 11 nights so hoping to do a wash mid hol to reduce the amount of luggage! Do they have a laundrette on site-can't see anything on the website to say they do

I cannot be certain but we take our caravan and have previously camped a lot in Europe and have stayed with castles chain a lot which Saint Avit Loisirs is in and they always have washing facilities. we have stayed on many sites over the years and they all have had washing facilities, some take euros or others require tokens to be purchased in advance. when we go away for longer, especially during summer months we tend to hand wash daily, as we were minimal light clothing and it dries so quickly in the heat !

According to the campsite guide they do.

I've never stayed on a French campsite used by canvas holidays/keycamp/eurocamp that hasn't.

I just had a look at their website. If you find the map of the site it says there are washing machines.

They are shown on the map

Ok thanks guys, I didn't see a map of the site Smile but that's v useful. Not convinced handwashing would get out toddler food stains!
