Long weekend, or week away with my dc, where to go?

Looking at having either a long weekend or a week away with just my dh. Dc will be with dils.

Not sure where to go though. Planning on going away early May as it is our wedding anniversery (sp?), or in September.

Any ideas either abroad or in the UK, haven't got much money either though.

Long weekend away I feel should be in UK, too much bother to fly anywhere!
would want to be in the South West somewhere.

For a week, thinking of Europe somewhere. we've been to Corfu before, but that is all in europe (although also Tunisia and Jamaica!).

Not to sure on budget yet, but it will not be alot!

Bath? Check out the new spa, go shopping etc.
