Where to go for May Day?

Where would you go for a city break (Fri - Mon) over May Day weekend? It will be me, DH and DD(4) so needs to be somewhere she can "exercise" but doesn't need to be as kid friendly as Disney. We'd like somewhere nice to wander around and tasty food.

We've been to Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Dublin before and would prefer somewhere new. Wondering about Copenhagen or Vienna.

Lisbon is a nice weekend-sized city. Or Gothenberg.

Nuernberg? Nice city with things to do and see. There is Playmobil-Land nearby as well, not a themepark with rides but everything with Playmobil, oversized figures to play around, an indoor play center with playmobil and a big sandpit and waterplay.

You can take the train to Wuerzburg.

Otherwise Hamburg or Munich.
