Travelling tips please. How to stay looking fresh

Have an early flight to Spain soon and need tips please on how I can stay looking ok and not a dried out tired old prune.

Drink loads of water and no alcohol. (I never follow this advice)

Drink alcohol and you won't care...

Where are you flying from? If it's only a few hours, don't worry...have a glass of wine and enjoy it. Dress comfy, shades, big wrap - nap.
