Looking for advice for a family friendly hols next summer with 2 boys.
I like exploring with a bit of chilling by pool reading. I like views, sun, towns, quiet. Husband pretty similar.
Kids like wifi and pool. Poss bike hire/ping pong.
We have usually done 2 weeks in Italy (last year Lucca was our favourite place) or France or Northern Spain (Girona) by car or cheap flight/car hire.
We like to be independent, but kids getting older, more fed up with joining us on outings (though never the pool).
I am quite keen to stay on budget - max £3K.
I really like the idea of NOT being self catering all the time, not a fan of cooking in the heat, but have always had to to keep costs down.
Is there anywhere affordable enough (and not mass market) where we could poss have B and B or half board with all our other requirements? Have looked at packages and SO expensive....
