Recommendations for Babysitter in London, anyone?

We are staying at the Grange City hotel (by Tower bridge) on Saturday night and need a babysitter for my young teen son whilst my husband and I go to the theatre. Does anyone know any recommended agencies that I could use? He has Aspergers, so someone special-needs trained would be ideal.

I've had a reasonable experience with a nanny agency down in Docklands, but I don't think they do any special special-needs stuff. They're called Riverside.

Alternatively, a friend's daughter, living near Mile End tube, is a very good babysitter. She's 19 or so, but has a sister with quite severe special needs, so is unlikely to be surprised. If you want to cat me, I can put you in touch with her, and you can see if she is a) available and b) interested.
