large French property for large gathering?

Looking for a large property with pool and games room for 20-24 people?

If anyone has ideas Id be grateful.

Les Hiboux in Poitou Charente is a Mumsnet favourite, has pool and games room (also treehouse, trampoline, large garden, bikes to borrow, sports equipment). There are three gites (4 in summer hols when owners move out) which could accommodate you all easily. It is not close to any major tourist attractions but enough to do locally and the facilities are brilliant for kids.
