Can anyone recommend a good hotel/restaurant in Oxford? I'm organising a hen night in April, for 10 hens. Any suggestions very welcome - thanks

There's a fab new Malmaison, at the Castle/Prison complex. Bit pricey, I suspect though.

The Old Bank hotel is fantastic and has a very good restaurant.

slightly less expensive is the Eastgate - their restaurant only does breakfast but it's just down the road from the Old Bank and has a very good bar that's open till 2am...

Malmaison looks fab, but probably a bit too expensive. Are there any themed places, thinking about having a salsa evening or something??

I think Que Pasa does salsa nights occasionally...

I'd go for Malmaison or The Bank place if it was me.

Look on laterooms, you might get one of them cheaper than usual if you book via them.

The Bank Hotel restaurant, Quod, has its own private room which can be used for private functions... and the food is good and reasonably priced too!
