Hen Heaven reviews

I have been charged (v reluctantly) with arranging a friends hen weekend. She had been v specific over what she wants and has chosen Hen Heaven to book through but the reviews I've read aren't great. Any good experiences? I don't want 20 angry people having a go at me if this all goes awry. Thanks.

there is a website called courseyoucancornwall that has hen dos on it. also the hen house is another specialist website. might be worth checking them out so that you can show some alternatives. generally if the reviews aren't great then its best to avoid because I think people only post if they either had a really fab time or if they are seriously hacked off!
