Which zoo for desert, rainforest & Arctic?

6yo DS is covering these three habitats at school and I'd like to take him to a zoo that covers all three. We actually have Whipsnade very nearby but he's so used to going there that he'd be more interested in the playground than anything else.

Any recommdendations?

London zoo is good for the rainforest as they have a relatively new rainforest section that's kept at right temperatures etc

I believe Yorkshire is the only zoo in England with polar bears but that's quite far if your near whipsnade

Chester zoo maybe? Has penguins

Otherwise, mine are around the same age, and I have recently bought them several usbourne books. They have a huge range of topics and seem to been good at covering what they cover at school in an easy to read and understand language. They do some easier to read levels , then gradually go up so you could get a few based on some he could read alone, and some you can read to him. They are quite interesting
