Copenhagen with kids

We are thinking of going to Copenhagen in early July with ou two children - 2yo and 4yo. I wondered if anyone had any experience or suggestions?

Tivoli gardens, the zoo, boat ride on all the tiny waterways.

Fantastic. Thank you! We are thinking of self catering... Wondered whether anyone knew whether it would be better to stay city centre or somewhere more picturesque just outside?

Take a look how easy it is to get to Lego land as well depending how long you are staying. I've always stayed in central hotels so can't be much help.

We used Copenhagen Cards which include unlimited rides on the harbour water 'buses'. It was a fun way to get around.
