where to go in february

there must be somewhere nice, just want to get away for a few days.. short haul, nice hotel, sunshine wine kindle.. (no kids, like for when you tell your hub, ok fine im out of here and going to mums for a few days while you think about what you just said.. but you take your passport.. )

To get guaranteed sun in Feb you need to go to the canaries I think - I live in the Algarve and although we've had great weather the last week or so (blue skies, sun, up to 22/24 degrees) you can't rely on it
