Dubai in the summer months is extremely and uncomfortably hot, often over 40 degrees. Are you sure you want to go at that time of year?

Yes we have been I know it's really hot we usually stay out sun when it's at its hottest but get great deals due to the heat.

Don't forget Ramadan is going to be from around 7th June to 7th July and then there will be EID, which usually means a huge influx of visitors from the region and everything gets booked up for at least 7 days.

During the summer, most of Asia will be going through their wet season, but Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia are all an approx 7 hour direct flight away, if you don't mind visiting in the rainy season. Weather in the Seychelles in July/August should be fine, it's about a 4 hour direct flight, Mauritius is approx a 6 hour flight. You will find plenty of family friendly resorts in those destinations, if you have not already been there.

Maldives. We've been several times with and without kids. Our favorite with kids is Conrad Rangali, absolutely amazing, kids well catered for, beach villas have enough beds for 4.

Mauritius.
It will be an antidote to the heat in Dubai.
Great hotels and really good value in our summer.
