We're thinking of trying Portugal this year but have never been there and are looking for advice. We have 2 dc (8 and 4) and would like our own villa in a small villa resort. We went to Turkey a few years ago and stayed in a place that was perfect (but too hot in July). There were six villas, a shared pool, a restaurant and a big communal garden with small playground for the children to play in. It was also close to a beach. Does anyone have any recommendations?
