We're thinking of a day at Longlear at half term with 10 & 12 year old & would be glad of any tips on best way to plan the day. Their website suggests the safari park may be quieter in the afternoon but as it will be dark earlier I think that may restrict our day - park open til 6, but will be dark at 5ish so will we lose the last hour? - is the safari section separate to the rest? Has anyone been round the safari park on a half term morning & how long does it take? We're taking our car, but think we'll avoid the monkeys! What are the other best things to do for 10& 12 year old? Thanks
