Have looked at Cape Cod or a road trip north of Boston. We're planning to go to Boston for a few days but can't decide whether we might be bored in Cape Cod for a week. Have a 13 and a 14 year old, they're not sporty, not even a huge fan of beaches, although they like fishing, but I wonder if we go north of Boston e.g.Gloucester, Portsmouth, Maine or Vermont whether that will hold enough interest for us all? I do want us to have some chilling time and not just constant sightseeing, but don't want to'waste the journey' Sat in one place for a week!
Any ideas? Or should I leave them at home and go on my own ;-)
