Barbados, where to stay?

DH & I booked flights (first class via BA rewards ) for 8 nights in Barbados, no idea where to stay....please can you give me some recommendations. Also DH doesn't do lying on a beach so activities & things to do. TIA

Sandy lane or fairmont pavillion. Or if you want a villa then royal westmoreland.

West coast. We stayed on St James bay

Definitely the west coast as the sea is so calm and the beach is beautiful. We loved the Tamarind - watersports are included free of charge.

Yep, agree with the west coast. We stayed at the Almond beach resort which was great for us as we had dd's. It was AI.
We had a great Bajan adventure. We hired a car for a few days which was fun, and there were some exceed ions included.
I'm so would love to go back.
