1st family Holiday abroad

Hi All,

Just new here so just looking for a bit of advice first family holiday abroad with hubby and 3 kids 12/6/9 and im looking for ideas for aug next year thinking about somewhere in spain or somthing warm - appartment that would be close enough to beaches but far enough away not to be in the middle of the madness. Was thinking about homeandaway.co.uk and booking flights separately not a package but any advice as to where to go and it has to be aug as its when the babysitter is off. thanks in advance guys.

How about the algarve? I live in Carvoeiro, about 45 mins from Faro, quite a small resort, lots of self catering accommodation within walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc. Have a look on homeaway, owners direct, holidaylettings etc

We were in menorca this year, loved it. We stayed in the Confortel in cala galdana.
